2nd Annual Colorado Dwarf Cars Championship

Schedule of Events:

                                Saturday
                                Pit Gates Open – 11am
                                Dwarf Car Pill Draw – 11am to 1pm (Fred Schneider’s trailer 11C)
                                Track Pit Meeting – 1pm
                                Colorado Dwarfs Pit Meeting – following Track Pit Meeting
                                Track Packing (we may not have to pack)
                                Hot Laps – follows track packing
                                Racing - 2pm (Inversion Pill Draw between Heats and Main…numbers will be 0 thru 5 for row inversion)
                                Post Race Tech – Top 3 in Main (Craig Jarman’s trailer 6C)                             

Rules:  We use Western States Rules with street tires instead of racing tires.  At a minimum, post race tech will cover weight (1,000lbs or more without driver), wheelbase (73” +/- ˝”), car height (48” or less), and car width (61” or less).  Post race tech rulings will be made by the CDC Technical Director and are final.  Decisions made by the track are final. 

Payout:  Track pays $50 per car.   Colorado Dwarf Cars will take a $25 administrative fee out of the purse.   Payout will be split between the drivers that take a competition (heat or main) green flag during race day.  If you take a heat race green flag but not a main event green flag you will have your pit pass returned to you.  The purse is split in such a way that 1^st place receives the most money and each position after 1^st place is $2 less than the preceding position’s payout.  The track will supply the winner of the main event a trophy each night.   Trophies for 2^nd thru 5^th will be provided as well.

Camping is available at the track.
